Summary: After the boys and Teresa escape to a new building, they wake up to find that the people who rescued them, are all dead and Tereasa is gone. They then find out from one of the men at Wicked, that they have the Flare and must cross a scorching hot desert, to get the cure. Yet there is so much more to the story with new characters and, new discoveries.
MY REVIEW: 8.5/10
Why: While I did enjoy the 1st Maze Runner, I liked this one better because of how you knew more about the storyline yet still were asking questions. I think that because of how you had learned more about Wicked and the Flare at the end of the last book, it empowered you to read the next book which answered even more questions, giving you new questions to ask. When the author added so many new characters and had such amazing twists it made me want to read the next one.
It's a series...I am reading the next one?: I would very much like to read the next book, though I have so many other books to read so, I will but most likely not in the near future.
